As a member, you are offered rewards, services and opportunities not available to non-members. For a nominal annual fee you get advantages that make shopping at R.C. Willey more fun and rewarding than ever.

HERE'S WHAT YOU GET . . .

1	We'll send you an R.C. Willey Gift Card twice each year equal to 2% of all your purchases made at R.C. Willey and purchases made at our participating merchants and charged to your R.C. Willey credit account during that period.

2	Your membership entitles you to receive FREE DELIVERY within our local delivery area during the year of your membership (on purchases of $299 or more) . This means you'll save the regular delivery fee on every order.

3	Throughout the year, we'll throw Special Sales Events in your honor. These exclusive Advantage Plan promotions will include Special Prices and Discounts and/or Financing Offers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The RC Willey Advantage Plan program is designed to reward our customers with rebates and privileges not available to non-members. To join, customers pay a nominal fee. RC Willey credit account holders may charge the membership fee to their account.

Rebates will be earned based on purchases made at all RC Willey locations and on purchases made at participating merchants and charged to the RC Willey charge card. Rebates on amounts charged to an RC Willey account will accrue at the rateof 2% of qualifying purchases. Rebates on cash purchases at RC Willey stores will accrue at the rate of 2% of qualifying purchases. No rebates are offered on purchases at participating merchants not charged to an RC Willey account. All rebates will be automatically sent to Advantage Plan members one month after the semi-annual anniversary of their original enrollment. All rebates will be in the form of an RC Willey Gift Card redeemable on any new purchase at any RC Willey location. Rebate Gift Cards expire six months from date of issue. Accrued rebates of less than $15.00 will be carried over to the next semi-annual accrual period. New rebates are issued only on the net price paid after rebates are applied to new purchases.

To be eligible for the 2% Advantage Plan rebate, RC Willey account holders must maintain their account in good standing. The account must be current to charge the enrollment fee. Advantage Plan membership and accrued rebates will automatically cancel if an account becomes 90 days past due or the account holder files bankruptcy.

The free delivery benefit is good for the one year term of the membership and is limited to customer deliveries within the regular delivery area. Customers living outside regular delivery areas are not eligible for free delivery. Some delivery exclusions may apply. Check with any RC Willey store for definition of regular delivery areas. Minimum order for free delivery is $299.99.

Members will be notified by mail of special Advantage Plansales events. Only members will be eligible for offers made during these events. Special offers will be valid only on event dates as specified in the mailings.
