HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 4/01/2013 at 9:00 AM (MST) through 5/17/2013 at 3:00 PM (MST) ("Promotion Period"), go to rcwilley.com (the "Website"), and fill out the entry form. You will be automatically entered into Outdoor Living Giveaway. After you complete the entry form, print a coupon for a FREE GIFT available at any RC Willey location. The Prize winners' information will be posted on RC Willey's Winner's Circle at the conclusion of the Promotion Period. If your name/city/state is posted on the Website, then you are a winner subject to verification. Limit one (1) entry per person for the Promotion Period. Entries must be completed by 3:00 PM (MST) on 5/17/2013.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the States of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Wyoming, Oregon, California and Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside in RC Willey's delivery area. Employees of RC Willey Home Furnishings, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void outside of UT, ID, NV, WY, OR, CA, AZ and where otherwise prohibited.
2. RANDOM DRAWING: Four winners will be selected at the end of the Promotional Period in a random drawing on or about the following date: 05/18/2013. The winner will be selected from among all valid entries received from participating region by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified on the Website, and by phone, mail and/or email at Sponsor's discretion.
3. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize: 5-Piece Haywood Deep Seating Patio Group, One (1) First Prize: Vermont Casting Grill, and One (1) Second Prize: 7-Piece Big Kahuna Patio Set. Total ARV of all prizes $3,440.00. Prizes will be awarded to the winners at the RC Willey retail location closest to their residence. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Limit one (1) prize per person.
4. PICTURES: Those who win prizes in RC Willey's Outdoor Living Giveaway are requested to have a picture taken for marketing purposes.

GENERAL: Potential Prize winners must execute and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release within 72 hours after the first notification attempt. Non-compliance with Official Rules may result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
