  2. Come to RC Willey and purchase the qualifying appliance.

  3. Mail completed government issued application along with proof of purchase and proof of old appliance pick-up to the address listed on the application.

  4. Receive a government rebate Visa® debit card within several weeks that can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted.

  5. You will be given your RC Willey Gift Card at the time of purchase. Gift Card will become active 24 hours after delivery is accepted.

The Idaho State Energy Efficiency Appliance Rebate Program (SEEARP), commonly known as the Appliance Rebate Program, will have $1.2 million to distribute as rebates for residential citizens who replace a working appliance with a new ENERGY STAR® appliance. STEPS TO RECEIVE YOUR GOVERNMENT REBATE
  1. Consumers can temporarily reserve funds online at www.seearprewards.com/idaho or by calling 1-877-223-6975. Be sure to write down your tracking number. Reservations are valid for 3 days.

  2. Buy a NEW qualifying ENERGY STAR® appliance from RCWilley. Make sure the store address is on the receipt.
  3. Use your tracking number to log back onto www.seearprewards.com/idaho or call 1-877-223-6975 and confirm your purchase.

  4. Mail within 30 days of redeeming the rebate.

  5. Your prepaid Visa® card will arrive in the mail in approximately 6-8 weeks that can be used anywhere Visa® is accepted.
  6. You will be given your RC Willey Gift Card at the time of purchase. Gift Card will become active 24 hours after delivery is accepted.
