What Information do we collect?

The only party that may gain access to some of your information is Authorize.net, the company we employ to authorize and process all of our credit card transactions.  Your safety and privacy are important to us.  In order to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal information, we use the latest web technologies to provide you with a safe and private online experience.

Due to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, if you are a California Resident and Customer of RC Willey, you have the right to request information regarding how RC Willey shares certain categories of your personal information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. 

California Law states that you are entitled to submit a request to RC Willey and receive the following information:

A list of categories of your personal information that RC Willey shared with third parties’ for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes during preceding calendar year.

1. Names and addresses of all the third parties that received said information
2. Examples of the products or services marketed by such Third Parties if the nature of the third parties’ business cannot reasonably be determined from their name.
