RC Willey is searching for exceptional sales individuals to sell our high-quality furniture, appliances and electronics to our valued customer. The primary responsibility in this position is to recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. Other responsibilities include answering questions regarding merchandise, sell and arrange for delivery of merchandise, and follow up with the customer to make sure they have a great shopping experience.
The ideal applicant will have a solid track record in sales with knowledge of basic principles for showing, promoting, and selling products. Must also be self-motivated and have a great desire to succeed and meet goals. Must be presentable, professional and personable with the public.
The position is commission based and the schedules are arranged Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with a weekday off. We are closed Sundays. RC Willey provides extensive training, high ethical standards and excellent commission earning potential for enthusiastic professionals with great attitudes and a desire to sell.
