I went to the store with an exact brand/model in my mind. Once I was convinced that a "smart" TV was only as smart as you made it, and it could be as dumb as you needed it, I walked off with an open box model, fresh off the display wall. Everything but the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by DerekInBoise Amazing 4K TV at an Amazing Price!
This truly is an outstanding 4K TV! I am constantly blown away at how everything we watch is upscaled into 4K. Prime 4K videos look stellar and regular Blu-rays discs look amazing as well! I popped in copy of the new ZooTopia movie on standard Blu-ray and it was like a whole new movie. I can't imagine how great 4K Blu-rays will look when I start getting some!

Rated 4 out of 5 by TVGUY08 Great TV
I recently moved and realized that my 60' Sony TV was to big in our living room. So me and my wife decided to down grade on the size. There was room over our chimney that was calling for attention, and realized that a smaller TV would fit perfectly. i measured and realized a 49' or 50' would fit perfectly. So i went with this one. The clarity is amazing, it makes our living room look spacious and elegant. It is super thin and its not has heavy has I expected. The only down fall, is that its screen is really reflective and gives out glare even when the lighting isn't an issue. Trust me, the chimney has no light coming from angles. Its just any kind of light from around will catch it. it's not a deal breaker, still looks great but just an FYI!! TV mounted easy over my chimney. The 4K is amazing!!! The size is just right!!

Our TV was a great buy. Couldn't ask for a better picture. It is a tv for our bedroom, so. 43 inch is perfect. We enjoy the fact that it is a smart tv and now we can have Netflex, as we didn't have a device to access it before. We are really enjoying it

It won't upgrade to 4K unless your source is 1080p. At least that what it says in the setting for 4K.

I have now have had this Television since it first came out. Netflix is installed now since they sent the update. It works great. I have no disconnect problems like I have seen other people say. I have no problem with Motion Flow (my family looks at a lot of sports) it flows smoothly and no lost of color. I did my own fine tuning for the set up, I made adjustment to the color and stuff. The more I look at the TV the clearer it gets. Picture comes in so clear and when I look at old movies it comes in nice and clear. I have the 4k feature on and that works well. Looked at an action movie and turned on my sound bar and the sound was great. Even when you don't use the sound bar the sound from the TV is not that bad. You Just have to make adjustment to the sound to make it sound better. This is my 2nd XBR television and I love it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by avinstaller Great picture, terrible operating system
These tvs have one of the best pictures this year. However they integrated Andoid in to the operating system. There are so many glitches, apps failing to produce picture but still playing sound, and not switching inputs correctly.
Its not very user friendly. The Picture settings menu is abysmally laid out. Volume on the tv still adjusts even when set to audio output.
All of this on top of a 30 minute long intial update which you cant do from the intial setup process or it has a chance of bricking the set.

Rated 2 out of 5 by GadgetGeekGary Not Ready For Primetime
This TV was released too soon and doesn't match the quality of other SONY TVs I've owned (only XBR models). The TV loses its WiFi connection within a day and then doesn't see any WiFi connections unless you reset it and do the initial setup again. When the TV is off and you press the power button, it takes 5 seconds before the TV shows any response and by then you've pressed the button again, and the TV turns back off as soon as it comes on. Entering a WiFi password with 16 characters with mostly upper case letters takes forever since you have to shift each character since the TV doesn't simply toggle upper/lower case like most modern products. The picture quality doesn't look any better than my HD SONYs even streaming 4K content.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Morar My First Review Ever
This is my first smart LED TV ever .. over all it is good experience, enjoying it for past two weeks .... yet exploring it's many features.
Below are my observations and issues faced ::
-I can see BLUETOOTH option in this TV (not tried yet) .. not sure why it's not mention in product catalog
- Wish it could have TRILUMINOS ..some time color seems a little washed especially in a well lit room
- sometime during fast moving object colors seems out of focus
- Netflix crashed twice ... every time have to restart TV .... called technical support, even they don't have much idea about features and issues with this set
- Google Cast not working properly .. sometime it works, always have to restart TV
- Not sure if this set support PIP and browser currently .. have latest upgrade installed
- Hope to get HBO Now and other popular apps in next upgrade
- Waiting for more 4k content to watch
- Horrible delivery .... that guy instead of lifting TV .. vertically roll over TV set .. just for 10-12 steps ... shocked inside out on seeing this ... thanks it does not affect TV

Great TV, easy setup and a terrific size for a smaller room, but why isn't Netflix available yet. This TV has been out for a month already.

I love everything about this TV but the browser. Can I know why your team decided to use Opera instead of Chrome? Or Firefox?

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hollyisu01 Where is the Netflix?
We just purchased this tv after returning our Samsung 4k smart tv that we were unable to connect to the WIFI. This TVER was easy to set up and didn't take long. The part that upsets me the most is that the box said it has Netflix app installed, as well as the remote has a special button for Netflix but the app is not available. When checking the App Store it says no search found. When clicking the Netflic button the remote it takes me to a blue screen that says more apps will be available soon. I don't understand why it was advertised on the box and remote if I'm not able to access it?

Does this TV include 3D?
If not, when will it be included?

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aamir Very Good in Size 4K in 43 inch WoW!.
4K Models of SONY are too big for Bedrooms. I am using 40 inch W600 which does not play 4K content. I wish that this model will also have copy, delete, move and recording option on any attached media.
