Seat
The seat features four 7 1/2'gauge seat springs with two 12-gauge cross brace wires and a deck pad. The back uses three 10-gauge springs with one 16-gauge cross brace wire and a spring cover.
Frame
The frame consists of kiln-dried hardwood, furniture grade laminates or engineered framing material, or a combination of these products. Frame joints are joined using metal brackets or lap-jointed and glued, with stress points reinforced with corner blocks.
Cushion
The loose seat cushion contains a 3 1/2" polyurethane foam core laminated with two layers of 1" polyurethane foam and two 1 1/2" layers of polyurethane foam, two layers of each on top of the core and two layers of each on the bottom, and laminated with a bonded polyester batting wrap. The seat cushion is flush with the inside back. The tight back contains a 1 1/2" contour cut polyurethane foam core laminated with a 2" polyurethane foam wrap. The outside back is padded with a 3/8" layer of polyurethane foam. The arms consist of a 1" contour cut polyurethane foam core, a 3/4" polyurethane foam filler. The outside arm is padded with a 3/8" layer of polyurethane foam. The inside arm, outside arm and front post are sewn together. The front rail is padded with a 1/2" of polyurethane foam.
Swivel
Swivel only plate is made of high-grade steel with a full race of ball bearings which allows for an even and smooth swivel operation and carries a lifetime warranty.
