Celebrate Your Middle Name

I wasn't given a middle name at birth.
Nope, just a first and last name. When I was young I often signed my signature with a fake middle name. That's how much I wished I was one of those middle-namer kids.
I just got married a few months ago, and I'm happy to report that I'm now officially part of the Middle Name Club, thanks to my maiden name becoming my middle name!
I'm now entitled to celebrate, because today is "Middle Name Pride Day".
No, I didn't make it up. It's totally legit. The purpose of this holiday is to celebrate your middle name, especially if you are embarrassed of it or hide your middle name. (According to holiday tradition, you are supposed to tell three people who don't already know it, what your middle name is).
So be grateful if you've got a middle name, and no matter how heinous it might be, embrace it today!!
