As of Monday, June 1, 2020, our Utah, Nevada and Idaho showrooms are open for business from the hours of 11 am to 8 pm. Our Rocklin and Elk Grove, CA locations are open 11 am to 7 pm. We will continue to offer shopping appointments for those customer who are interested at all of our stores. The safety of our customers and associates is our number one priority. All RC Willey associates are taking every measure to be safe by cleaning and disinfecting our stores on a regular basis as well as wearing masks and practicing social distancing.

We are implementing an additional delivery option for our customers. Effective May 1, 2020, we are offering FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY. This new delivery option is for new products only and DOES NOT include hauling away any old items, even if they are in the garage. Curbside deliveries are FREE on purchases of $250 or more and are only available in our regular delivery areas.
Effective Friday, May 15, 2020, we will be resuming our In-Home Delivery for our Sacramento, CA customers. All of our other stores in Utah, Idaho and Nevada are already offering In-Home Delivery. With In-Home Delivery our delivery associates will place your products in your room of choice and provide basic assembly of your merchandise. Furthermore, we will also haul away your old mattresses and appliances. Some restrictions do apply. Our rate for In-Home Delivery is $59. For an additional $10 you can upgrade to our Blue Rewards program and receive FREE delivery for a year. Since we will be entering your home, our delivery associates will be wearing masks and gloves and will be practicing social distancing. Both our Curbside Delivery and In-Home Delivery are set up to be contactless. There is an upcharge for some deliveries that are outside of our regular delivery area. Store Pick Up Changes
For the safety of our associates and customers, we are temporarily providing contactless Curbside Pick Up. When you come to pick up your order, call the phone number provided at Will Call to let us know that you are here. We will bring your item(s) out. Both Curbside Pick Up and our home deliveries are contactless interactions with RC Willey personnel.

Q: I was notified that my order is in-stock. When can I get it delivered?
A: If your order is complete and ready for delivery, some delivery dates are available. Check our website or contact us at (888) 584-5156 for assistance. You can also check your delivery schedule the night before the delivery after 7pm through this link. If you have a cell number on your account, you will also receive a text message about your delivery.
Q: I have not been notified that my order is in-stock. Does that mean that I will never receive it?
A: Some of our suppliers may have delayed activities as well. Your order may be in transit or it could be in our warehouse. We will contact you when we have any updates.
Q: Who will make my Curbside Delivery and what does it entail?
A: Curbside Deliveries are made by RC Willey delivery associates with RC Willey trucks. We will no longer deliver these products into your home. Instead, we will deliver your merchandise to the front of your property or driveway. No additional assembly is included in this type of delivery. Our delivery personnel will practice social distancing and will take every precaution to keep everyone safe. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes. All locations are open for Curbside Pick Up. All Pick Up locations are open 11am to 7pm local time.
Q: How does Curbside Pickup work at your stores?
A: Curbside Pickup is designed to be a safe and effective way for you to pick up your order from our Will Call offices at our stores and warehouses. During the hours of 11am to 7pm you can pick up your products by following the directions on our signs located at Will Call. When you arrive, call the number listed on the sign and our Will Call associates will get your order and load it without you having to leave your vehicle. Our associates have been trained on social distancing and take every measure to keep our customers safe. Your safety and the safety of our associates is our number one priority.
Q: What does it mean to "shop by appointment"?
A: At our UT, IT and NV stores you can schedule an appointment with one of our sales associates. This gives you the ability to shop during slower hours or during a time that works best for you. To schedule an appointment you can do it online or by phone. A sales associate will work with you during your allotted time. Our sales associates will practice social distancing as well as wear a mask as they help you select the products you need and want. All transactions are contactless. Further, our stores are thoroughly cleaned daily and high touch areas are cleaned and disinfected multiple times each day to ensure that you are shopping in a safe environment.
Q: What does it mean when you say "shop virtually" with RC Willey?
A: When customers call our stores for help purchasing a product, our sales associates can initiate a Facetime or Skype call and "virtually" walk the sales floor with customers. This is one more way in which our customers can shop for essential items from RC Willey.
