For the safety of our associates and customers, we are temporarily discontinuing our in-home delivery. Instead, we are offering contactless Curbside/Garage Shipments. Both Curbside Pick Up at our stores and Curbside/Garage Shipments are contactless interactions with RC Willey personnel.

PICK UP CHANGES

For the safety of our associates and customers, we are temporarily providing contactless Curbside Pick Up. When you come to pick up your order, call the phone number provided at Will Call to let us know that you are here. We will bring your item(s) out. Both Curbside Pick Up at our stores and Curbside/Garage Shipments are contactless interactions with RC Willey personnel.

    Q: I was notified that my order is in-stock. When can I get it delivered?
    A: If your order is complete and ready for delivery, some delivery dates are available. Check our website or contact us at (888) 584-5156 for assistance. You can also check your delivery schedule the night before the delivery after 7pm through this link. If you have a cell number on your account, you will also receive a text message about your delivery.
    Q: I have not been notified that my order is in-stock. Does that mean that I will never receive it?
    A: Some of our suppliers may have delayed activities as well. Your order may be in transit or it could be in our warehouse. We will contact you when we have any updates.
    Q: I receive deliveries from Amazon all the time. Will RC Willey continue to deliver?
    A: Yes. For the safety of our associates and customers, we are temporarily discontinuing our in-home delivery. Instead, we are offering contactless Curbside/Garage Shipments.
    Q: Who will make my Curbside/Garage Shipment and what does it entail?
    A: Curbside/Garage Shipments are made by RC Willey delivery associates with RC Willey trucks. We will no longer deliver these products into your home. Instead, they will drop your merchandise in your garage or on your porch whichever you prefer. Our delivery personnel will practice social distancing and will take every precaution to keep everyone safe. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
    Q: Can I pick up my order?
    A: Yes. All Utah and Idaho locations are open for Curbside Pick Up. If you live in California, pick up is available at our Delta Shores store or our Roseville Distribution Center. If you live in Las Vegas, you can pick up merchandise at our Henderson store or our Nevada Distribution Center. Pick up at our Reno store is also available. All Pick Up locations are open 11am to 7pm local time.
    Q: How does Curbside Pickup work at your stores?
    A: Curbside Pickup is designed to be a safe and effective way for you to pick up your order from our Will Call offices at our stores and warehouses. During the hours of 11am to 7pm you can pick up your products by following the directions on our signs located at Will Call. When you arrive call the number listed on the sign and our Will Call associates will get your order and load it without you having to leave your vehicle. Our associates have been trained on social distancing and take every initiative to keep our customers safe. Your safety and the safety of our associates is our number one priority.
    Q: What does it mean to "shop by appointment"?
    A: Our UT, ID and NV stores are open "by appointment only". To schedule an appointment you can do it online or by phone. A sales associate will work with you during your allotted time. Our sales associates will practice social distancing as they help you select the products you need and want. All transactions are contactless. Further, our stores are thoroughly cleaned daily and high touch areas are cleaned and disinfected multiple times each day to ensure that you are shopping in a safe environment.
    Q: What does it mean when you say "shop virtually" with RC Willey?
    A: When customers call our stores for help purchasing a product, our sales associates can initiate a Facetime or Skype call and "virtually" walk the sales floor with customers. This is one more way in which our customers can shop for essential items from RC Willey.
    Q: What do I do if I have a problem with my furniture?
    A: We want to hear from you - please contact us by phone or email. We are trying to complete all service calls soon, but it may be wise to postpone service anyway for everyone's safety.
    Q: Is it possible that RC Willey will close and never reopen?
    A: Our company has been around for 88 years. We are strong and we look forward to serving generations of consumers for many years to come.
