R.C. Willey, the largest volume furniture retailer in Northern California, is looking for a motivated, hardworking, career-minded, and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Associate at our Roseville Distribution Center.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving and responding to customer calls and support efforts regarding customer concerns, delivery concerns, sales issues, and service center issues.
Providing assistance to Delivery and Customer Service Departments in handling customer issues and/or concerns.
Providing back up and support to Will-Call customer service as assigned.
Ensuring that all calls/customers are assisted in a timely and professional manner.
And all other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Positive attitude towards R.C. Willey and our customers.
Must have the ability to handle difficult situations with customers.
Must have general typing, data entry, and 10-key computer skills.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service experience preferred.
