Starting wage is $12.50-$13.65 per hour DOE with advancement opportunities, and we also offer a Great Tuition Reimbursement Program!

RC Willey is searching for qualified warehouse workers to assist in our Carpet Distribution Center. Schedule is arranged Monday through Saturday with a weekday off. Seasonal overtime may be required, depending on workload.

  • Receive, count and stock merchandise.
  • Verify inventory, examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
  • Coordinate all merchandise transfer requests
  • Pull and physically cut all flooring products and prepare for transfer.
  • Unload inbound deliveries and either store in designated aisle or prepare for transfer.
  • Ship any outgoing promotional containers.
  • Work with customers to print, pull and load all will call orders throughout the day.
  • Run all necessary reports.
  • Check off lifts for daily use and safety.
  • All other duties as assigned.


  • Warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills needed.
  • Ability to identify problems and offer solutions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Work in heights up to 30 feet.
  • Follow all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
  • Must pass a thorough drug test and criminal/employment background check.
