RC Willey is looking for a dynamic and talented Human Resource Professional to fill the HR Generalist position at our corporate office. We have been in business over 85 years! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform various staffing functions including tracking, reviewing, interviewing and extending job offers.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure workplace concerns are being handled effectively and appropriately.
  • Oversee leave administration.
  • Aid in making hiring, promotion, transfer, and termination decisions in compliance with applicable company policies and employment laws.
  • Advise managers on HR related issues and/or other HR functions.
  • Responsible for communication and overseeing benefit policies and information.
  • Assist department with a variety of Human Resource and administrative responsibilities.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate with associates at all levels and a desire to be part of a dynamic team.
  • Have a good overall understanding of human resources principles and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the legal aspects of HR.
  • At least two years of experience in a formal HR department with Employee Relations and staffing.
  • A 4-Year degree in a related field important, CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification a plus.
  • Must be proficient with MS Word and MS Excel and able to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Must be detail-oriented, accurate in maintaining records and electronic filing systems, and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.
