Description

RC Willey is looking for an outstanding individual to fill our Corporate Training Manager position at our corporate office. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for corporate-directed training materials and curriculum.
  • Coordinate company-wide training programs.
  • Manage, administer and maintain company Learning Management System.
  • Develop training materials and programs that can be delivered to associates with or without their managers, at all locations, on various shifts and with flexible start dates.
  • Utilize current technologies, formats and devices (YouTube, video, PC, tablet, mobile phone) to prepare and deliver topics.
  • Effectively deliver training courses as needed.
  • Work closely with the buyers and vendors to develop product training and materials, and coordinate buyer/vendor training when necessary.
  • Ensure that all training programs reflect the RC Willey brand and are approved by the Corporate Training Committee.
  • Follow the direction given by the training committee for priorities, content and timelines.
  • Minimal travel as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Four-year college degree strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in developing training programs and materials that met established goals.
  • Experience in the use of current technology to meet training needs.
  • Experience in management strongly preferred.
  • Experience in micro-learning production a plus.
  • Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office (including Word and PowerPoint), LMS administration, E-Learning, Camtasia, Storyline, video production and editing, video conference scheduling and troubleshooting, and other presentation programs.
  • Must have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Must be very organized and detail oriented.
