Starting Pay: $17 per hour

  • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Responsible for RC Willey’s merchandise inventory and many administrative duties that make it possible for RC Willey to merchandise these categories successfully.
  • Work with our vendors to match our pricing to their road maps and to collect sales credits that are vital to the success of these categories.
  • Manage the supply of product and security equipment to our stores.
  • Check the accuracy of upcoming advertisements and promotional events before they launch.
  • Communicate often with our warehouse associates and the Traffic department about the flow of product.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
  • Knowledge of the Willey computer system is a huge starting advantage.
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Excel needed.
  • Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills in dealing with vendors and associates.
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated and have the ability to work under minimal supervision.

  • We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
