RC Willey is looking for a dependable and service-oriented Help Desk Customer Service associate to provide essential assistance to both our employees and customers. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for troubleshooting our internal systems and ensuring a seamless online experience. After successfully completing new hire training, associates will have the opportunity to transition to a hybrid work schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Assist RC Willey employees by troubleshooting internal system issues and referring them to the appropriate departments as needed.
  • Guide customers on our website with account access, inventory inquiries, and product information. Support their online shopping experience by helping with drop-ship orders and general navigation.
  • All other duties as assigned.
 
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude to troubleshoot the store management system via email and phone.
  • Dependable, loyal, and committed to providing high-quality service.
  • Proven experience in customer service, interpersonal communication, and problem-solving.
 
WE WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED
We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
