The developer will design, develop, test and deliver web sites, applications and components. Best practices and design methods will be utilized to insure the success of the projects. The developer will have the ability to create web applications and components from the requirements stage, through design, production and deployment. He/she will be required to have experience in programming, scripting, and web based user interfaces.
Experience with responsive design
Actively seek new programming knowledge
Experience building user interfaces and prototypes from wireframes and designs
Familiar with development and debugging tools provided by browsers
Follow and implement industry accepted best practices and tools
Detail-oriented, self-starter attitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with JQuery, Java, Spring MVC, SCSS, Hibernate, Git and Photoshop.
Knowledge of EDI, REST, SSH, FTP, HTTP, SMTP and other communication technologies.
Knowledge of *nix operating systems
Experience in the retail sales industry
Familiar with Social Media and third-party APIs
Also operate effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes
Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and with high quality
Responsible for coding and testing of new features and maintaining existing ones.
Responsible for the design and development of web pages and user interfaces.
Effectively develop in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format
Demonstrates creative and technical skills
Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree a plus but not required.
