RC Willey Home Furnishing is looking for extraordinary warehouse workers. Schedule is arranged Monday through Saturday with a weekday off. Seasonal overtime may be required, depending on workload. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting customers load and unload their purchased merchandise into their vehicles
  • Provide excellent customer service in resolving all concerns and leaving the customer with a great shopping experience.
  • Receive, count, and stock merchandise in staging areas or upon shelving.
  • Verify inventory by comparing physical count of stock and report any discrepancies.
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner, mark stocked items using identification tags and labels.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects, and report such damage.

  • MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs on a regularly basis.
  • Ability to work standing up throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work at heights up to and including 40 ft in the air.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be dependable and flexible with work schedule.
  • Have a proven attendance record and good work history.
  • Six months of warehouse and forklift experience preferred.
  • Applicant must be available all hours Monday through Saturday, with a day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays.
  • Must pass a thorough drug test and criminal/employment background check.
