Starting Pay: $17 Per Hour with Monthly Bonus Potential

We are searching for an enthusiastic, career-minded sales professional to assist our customers in our small electronics department.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Responsible for determining customer needs within our small electronics department including working with Apple products, wireless phones, tablets, camcorders, digital cameras and more.
- Greet customers that enter the department in a friendly manner.
- Stay up to date on products and features by engaging in new product reviews and educating others.
- Change the security of displays and tag merchandise when appropriate.
- Engaging in cashiering duties including opening credit applications, preparing the cash drawer, completing balance sheets on closing shifts, facilitating returns/exchanges/price matching, and verifying contents of products during returns.
- Maintaining reports and following up with customers.
- Make sure customers find their desired product and leave with having had a good experience in our store.
- All other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
- Experience in sales and working with electronics is a plus.
- Experience in cashiering.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Able to reach company sales standards.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:
We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
