Description
Starting wage is $14.25.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in helping and supervising all office associates.
Ensure that correct procedures are being followed in handling of customers, collection of money, and the preparation of purchase tickets.
Provide training and assistance to all office associates as needed.
Make sure commitments made to customers in regard to office/customer service issues are met.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Strong PC skills and computer system knowledge required.
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills.
At least 6-12 months of customer service experience.
At least 6-12 months of management experience required.
Must pass a credit check, criminal background check, and drug screen.
