Monday - Saturday 6:30 AM - 3 PM, with a day off during the week


Starting Wage: $17 per hour

  • Responsible for loading flooring subcontractors daily with the use of various lift equipment.
  • Deliver products to jobsites as needed and assist contractors on site as needed.
  • Various warehouse responsibilities including, but not limited to, pulling merchandise, prepping jobs for installation, keeping dock space clean and organized.
  • Working with flooring sales representatives to organize and ship flooring samples and displays to corresponding locations.
  • Responsible for defective product returns, getting samples of defect to claims personnel, handling, tagging, and locating claims to proper locations to await disposition of claim from manufacturers.
  • Assist Flooring Customer Service with scheduling, calling subcontractors and customers, and taking inbound calls.
  • Keeping dumpster area clean of debris from contractor use and scheduling dumpster pick up as needed.
  • Assist in the Invoicing of RC Willey Contracts.
  • Work directly with contractors to help resolve daily issues on jobsites and involve management when necessary.
  • Assist Flooring Customer Service with the Estimator Schedule.
  • Assist Management with the set up and scheduling of vendor installation trainings and PK meetings.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work well under stress with minimal or no supervision; self-motivated.
  • Must Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to listen actively and work well with customers.
  • Must possess leadership qualities, good organizational skills and demonstrate dependability.
  • Prior customer service management experience helpful.
  • Must actively seek opportunity to take on responsibility.
  • Must have the ability to recognize, analyze and solve problems.

    We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
