Offline Customer Service Associate

Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week. Flexible schedule during operating hours of 8 AM - 7 PM.

We are looking for a customer service professional to add to our new Offline Customer Service Team. This role will be onsite at our Intermountain Distribution Center and has the potential to evolve towards a hybrid work from home position over time. This is a full-time, hourly position. Your role will be to provide world-class customer experiences for all customers who communicate with RC Willey via offline channels such as SMS, online forums, social media, and more. Providing a seamless, consistent experience to all RC Willey customers is critical to your success and taking ownership of each customer interaction is necessary. Our customers are the heroes of our brand and deserve to have consistent, on-brand experiences with every communication with RC Willey.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Respond to customer questions coming through Bazaar Voice, Podium, etc.
  • Taking ownership of customer requests in a timely manner
  • Following up on 100% of contacts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with all locations, departments, and management as needed
  • Document every interaction to improve future customer concerns
  • Handling multiple customer requests at one time, multitasking to see concerns to completion
  • Navigating multiple systems simultaneously to research issues/solutions
  • All other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
  • HS Diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in providing world-class customer service
  • Skilled at multitasking, enjoys change and likes to work in a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experienced with many forms of technology, including social media platforms
  • Experienced in managing multiple priorities at one time and enjoys achieving deadlines
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills and are committed to providing positive experiences for all customers
  • Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills

We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
