Each microphone features an electret-condenser capsule for a clear, detailed vocal sound while the cardioid pickup pattern focuses audio capture on the singer—helping to reduce potential feedback issues. The dual-channel receiver automatically mixes both microphones together with almost no latency, making duets fun and easy. The mics and receiver both run on built-in rechargeable batteries; the mics will operate for up to 20 hours, and the receiver will operate for up to 12 hours on a single charge.
