Key Responsibilities
- Load subcontractors daily using lift equipment and deliver flooring materials to job sites.
- Support contractors on-site and resolve jobsite issues, involving management when needed.
- Perform warehouse tasks including pulling product, prepping for installation, and maintaining a clean dock and dumpster area.
- Coordinate with Sales to ship flooring samples and displays.
- Handle defective product returns, document issues, and work with claims personnel.
- Assist with customer service tasks such as scheduling, communicating with subcontractors/customers, and taking inbound calls.
- Help invoice flooring contracts and support estimator scheduling and vendor training.
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Self-driven, reliable, and able to perform well under pressure
- Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused with experience in service or team coordination preferred
