HOW TO ENTER: Participants may enter beginning 2/1/25 at 10:00 AM (MST) through 11/30/25 at 8:00 PM (MST) (Promotion Period). Contestants will enter online or through the Draper store. The prize winner’s information will be posted on RC Willey’s Winner’s Circle at the conclusion of the verification process. Limit one (1) entry per person per prize for the promotion period.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the state of Utah who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RC Willey Home Furnishings, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Persons are NOT eligible to win more than one prize. Persons who have previously won a prize of cash, services, or merchandise in the past are subject to the following restrictions: Persons who have won a prize valued up to $100 in the last 30 days are not eligible to win. Persons who have won a prize valued between $101 and $499 in the last 90 days are not eligible to win. Persons who have won a prize valued between $500 and $999 in the last 6 months are not eligible to win. Persons who have won a prize valued at $1000 or more in the last 12 months are not eligible to win. These restrictions also apply to immediate household members of contest or prize winners. Void outside of UT, ID, NV, CA, WY, OR and where otherwise prohibited.
RANDOM DRAWING: Six (6) RC Willey check donations valued at $1000. Each winner will be selected from a random drawing held in March, April, May, September, October and November from all valid entries received by sponsor or its designee, the judges in this giveaway, whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified by mail, phone or and by e-mail at RC Willey’s discretion.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) ODDS: $6000 RC Willey Check Donation. The prize will be awarded to the winner at the RC Willey location nearest the winner’s residence. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All applicable taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner is required to have a picture taken, sign an eligibility release form and give RC Willey permission to use their photo, name, and voice for promotional purposes without further compensation. NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTION ALLOWED.
GENERAL: No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. By participating, entrants and winner release and agree to hold harmless sponsor, RC Willey, and their respective parent companies, retailers, affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with participation in the sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse or any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity. Winners acknowledge that neither sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers’ terms therefore and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering or announcement or prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

You agree to release and hold Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
