The Paragon system brings precision to any induction cookware using temperature control instead of traditional power control. Traditional cooktops have settings of low to high, but just like baking, precise and consistent temperature is a must to craft the best dishes. Temperature directly affects the flavor of ingredients and is the secret to cooking like a pro. In order to bring precision to the cooktop, the engineers at FirstBuild have designed the ultimate cooking system. The Paragon gives you the flexibility to precisely control pan temperature with the mat, or liquid temperature with the probe. Through bluetooth connectivity with the Paragon’s cooktop, mat, and probe you can sear, poach, simmer, sous vide, sauté, and stir-fry to perfection.
