Listed below are the general contest rules for sweepstakes managed by RC Willey.
General Rules for all Contests
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
HOW TO ENTER
Participants may only enter during the promotional period. Limit one (1) entry per person per prize for the promotion period.
ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the states of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, California, Wyoming, Arizona, and Oregon who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of RC Willey Home Furnishings, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
Persons are NOT eligible to win more than one prize. Persons who have previously won a prize of cash, services, or merchandise in the past are subject to the following restrictions: Persons who have won a prize valued up to $100 in the last 30 days are not eligible to win. Persons who have won a prize valued between $101 and $499 in the last 90 days are not eligible to win. Persons who have won a prize valued between $500 and $999 in the last 6 months are not eligible to win. Persons who have won a prize valued at $1000 or more in the last 12 months are not eligible to win. These restrictions also apply to immediate household members of contest or prize winners. Void outside of UT, ID, NV, CA, WY, OR and where otherwise prohibited.
Potential prize winners must confirm the acceptance of the prize within three (3) days after the first notification attempt. The prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days after the first notification attempt. If the prize is not claimed within thirty (30) days, it will be forfeited.
RANDOM DRAWING
Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about the final day of the promotion period from all valid entries received by sponsor or its designee, the judges in this giveaway, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified by mail, phone or and by e-mail at RC Willey’s discretion.
PRIZE VALUE/ODDS
The prize will be awarded to the winner at the RC Willey location nearest the winner’s residence. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All applicable taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Winner is required fill out W9 and affidavit. Agree to have a picture taken, sign an eligibility release form and give RC Willey permission to use their photo, name, and voice for promotional purposes without further compensation. NO PRIZE SUBSTITUTION ALLOWED.
GENERAL
No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. By participating, entrants and winner release and agree to hold harmless sponsor, RC Willey, and their respective parent companies, retailers, affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with participation in the sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse or any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity. Winners acknowledge that neither sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers’ terms therefore and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering or announcement or prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Entry information becomes property of sponsor and is subject to sponsor’s privacy policy as posted on its website at the following internet address rcwilley.com/Privacy. The information you provide will only be used for communication/updates from RC Willey.
Indemnification
You agree to release and hold Sponsor, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple, Facebook, or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to RC Willey and the sweepstakes sponsor, not to Apple, Facebook, or Instagram.

For the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: RC Willey Home Furnishings, 2301 So. 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84115. Winner list will be available after promotion period.
