Frequently Asked Questions

If your order is in stock at your local store, pick up can be the same day. Sometimes the order needs to be transferred to your local RC Willey from one of our warehouses which takes longer. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.

Yes. However for your protection you will need to set this up ahead of time. Please call 801-461-3844 if you plan on having a friend or relative pick up your order and we will be happy to make the arrangements.

For your protection, at the time of pick up, customers will be required to present their current state-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order, as well as the credit card used to purchase the product (except when there is no credit card to be displayed as with a PayPal purchase).

Most RC Willey stores are open Monday - Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm. Please note that hours may vary on Holidays or special sale events. Our Nevada Distribution Center is open Monday - Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm.
