Can I pick up my order the same day?

If your order is in stock at your local store, pick up can be the
same day. Sometimes the order needs to be transferred to your local RC Willey from one of our
warehouses which takes longer. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready for pick up.

Can I have someone else pick up my order for me?
A
Yes. However for your protection you will need to set this up ahead
of time. Please call 801-461-3844 if you plan on having a friend or relative pick up your order and we
will be happy to make the arrangements.

Why do I need to show my ID?
A
For your protection, at the time of pick up, customers will be
required to present their current state-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order, as well as
the credit card used to purchase the product (except when there is no credit card to be displayed as with
a PayPal purchase).

What are the available hours for in store pick up?
A
Most RC Willey stores are open Monday - Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm.
Please note that hours may vary on Holidays or special sale events. Our Nevada Distribution Center is open
Monday - Saturday from 11 am to 7 pm.

When I pick items up at the store, do they come assembled?
A
Many times yes, but some items may still require assembly at home.

If I need to return an item, do I need to disassemble it?

No. Please bring items back “as is” and take any returns to Will Call
at your local RC Willey location.

Can I use my RC Willey rewards toward online orders?
A
Yes. There is a place to enter the rewards information in the checkout
process, and for current rewards you may be prompted to apply it to your purchase.

Can the sales person that has been helping me at the store get
credit for the sale if I purchase on the website?

Yes. There is an area in the checkout process where you can add the
sales associate’s name to give him/her credit for your order.
