Natural Gas Flex Hose Kit
Make sure:
- You purchase an RC Willey supplied natural gas flex hose kit.
- If you purchase the hose kit and we are unable to do the set up for any reason, we would be happy to refund the full cost of the kit.
Natural Gas Valve
Make sure:
- The valve is located directly behind the appliance.
- The valve is not old and/or corroded. If valve is old and corroded we will not be able to do the set up for you.
- The valve is 48 inches or less away from the appliance.
Natural Gas Line
Make sure:
- The appliance will be connected to a natural gas line. We cannot connect to propane.
Delivery Day
Tracking Widget
On the day of delivery, our delivery team will send you a tracking widget with your two-hour time window.
Haul Away
RC Willey will remove and dispose of your old appliance free of change with your new appliance delivery.
Thank you for purchasing a new natural gas appliance from RC Willey. In many cases our delivery associates will be able to hook up your appliance free of charge as part of your scheduled delivery.
Examples of when we will NOT be able to set up your appliance(s)
- No gas valve behind the appliance.
- Appliance connected to propane.
- Valve is more than 48 inches away from the appliance.
- Gas valve is “frozen” or corroded.
- RC Willey delivery associates cannot get a leak free seal on the connection.
- Customer doesn’t purchase flex hose kit.
- Gas valve will not interface with RC Willey flex hose kit.
- Valve is behind wall or under floor.
- Multiple appliances are connected to the same valve.
- Other extenuating circumstances.
