What is Induction Cooking
Induction cooktops heat pots and pans directly instead of using an electric or gas element. It boils water up to 50% faster than either and maintains consistent and precise temperature. Because the cooktop heats only the pan, the cooktop remains relatively cool making it safer and easier to clean than electric cooktops.
How does Induction Cooking Work?
Induction uses electric currents to magnetic induction. That way an induction cooktop almost instantly. Because it doesn't use a traditional—gas or electric—heating source, only the element gets hot due to the connection between the pot and the cooktop. It's important to remember that only cookware must be made of magnetic metal.
