This past week RC Willey donated backpacks, comic books and school supplies to Salt Lake inner-city Elementary schools.  Between receiving new school supplies and getting a surprise visit from the Jazz Bear, you would have thought the kids had died and gone to heaven.  It was chaotic, exciting, and a lot of fun!

For all you Utahans, this is a tailgating party you don't want to miss!

Remember when La-Z-Boy, one of our vendors, made a generous furniture donation to Ronald McDonald House in Salt Lake City a few months back?  I wanted to share this letter we received from Ronald McDonald House- we echo their thanks to the delivery drivers, installation crew, and those on the sidelines that helped make this happen!

If you're in Utah this summer, make sure you stop by the weekly Farmer's Market, held at the Syracuse RC Willey location!  What a perfect way to spend your Saturday morning!  

Also, if you're a California resident, don't forget about the weekly Farmer's market held at the Rocklin RC Willey location!  This Saturday, July 9th, from 8am-10am, if you purchase a muffin in the cookie shop, you'll get a free cup of coffee!

Introducing......the Rocklin RC Willey Farmer's Market!

The Rocklin Farmer's Market just celebrated it's 1 Year Anniversary!  Make sure you check it out this summer if you are in the area, because there is something for everyone!  

Where: Rocklin, CA RC Willey Store Location

When: Every Saturday Morning of the Summer!

Time: 8:00am- 12:00pm Rain or Shine! (Store opens at 8am as well on Saturday's- so you can stop in to shop and grab some coffee at the cookie shop!)

*This Saturday, June 18th, when you make a purchase at the Farmer's Market, you'll be entered to win tickets to the "Best seats in the house" at the River Cats Game for Father's Day! 

The 8th Annual RC Willey Car Show is being held this weekend!   The Northern Utah Mustang Owners Association will be featured, as well as The Corvette Club of Utah, and Beehive Model A Club!

Where: Syracuse RC Willey Parking lot

Make sure you stop by Saturday to check out all the cool cars, listen to a dj spin oldies music, and enjoy free hot dogs and drinks!  We hope to see you there!

The "Pink Heals Tour" is a national cancer awareness charity tour, with firefighters riding across the country in pink firetrucks helping communities gather together to support all types of cancer.  The tour boasts 3 pink fire trucks, which serve as a memorial for those whose battle with cancer has completed, a very large steel ribbon, and firemen and women from throughout the country.  They've hit up thousands of U.S. Cities, and this Thursday they are making a stop at the Riverdale RC Willey for the day!  And in addition, Life flight and Air Med will also be joining them!

Come on over and visit the "Pink Heals Tour" if you are in the area! There will be raffles, prizes, and most importantly, the tour will help people unite in providing emotional and financial support to those currently fighting cancer in the community!
