Living Room Refresh With @greybirchdesigns

We recently had the opportunity to collaborate with Kaycie from @greybirchdesigns on a living room refresh for her home. For her, as well as many of us, the living room is the most used space in the home. It is where family and friends gather together, so it is important to ensure that it is an enjoyable space to be in! If you are thinking about refreshing a room in your home, make a list of the specific things you want to achieve with the space. This will give you a clear sense of direction and will make the process much easier.
There were a few things Kaycie wanted to make sure she incorporated in her new living room. First, she wanted to be able to comfortably seat her family of 7. Second, she wanted to make sure the room was both beautiful and functional. Lastly, she wanted pieces of furniture that would brighten up the room.
Kaycie first started by selecting a sofa, since that would be the largest piece of furniture in the space. She chose our Griffin Sectional Sofa because it is comfortable, offers her ample seating, and the light color instantly brightened up the room. Once she had the sofa picked out, she was ready to design the rest of the room around it. Kaycie paired our Magnolia Home Furniture Coffee Table with our Magnolia Home Furniture End Table for a cohesive look. She then accented the room with a cement table lamp and some cozy throw pillows.
