A rounded rectangle mirror is the next step up from the circle mirrors you’ve been seeing everywhere for the past couple of years. According to Emily Henderson, you’ll start seeing these mirrors all over this year.

Industrial Style

This may or may not be a style that you like, but I love it! Mix metal and wood with your vanity or accents throughout your bathroom and your bathroom will have a modern, urban style.

Interesting Tile

I don’t think you’ll find someone who doesn’t love simple white subway tile, but there are so many other options to consider! With all the tile sizes, colors, shapes, and textures use your tile to make a statement in your bathroom.

Marble

Use marble throughout your bathroom. Pick a marble that is so beautiful it stands alone as a piece of art in your bathroom and think about using large slabs on your walls or in the shower to really make a statement.

Speaking of a statement, even if you aren’t able to completely redo your bathroom this year, find a piece of statement art to hang in your bathroom. We put such care and thought in what will hang on the walls in our house, why do we so often forget about the bathroom? This year statement art will be all over our bathrooms.
