Outdoor Movie Night Ideas

There is nothing that screams summer more than an outdoor movie night. Pick out your favorite flick, invite some friends over, grab a couple of blankets, and enjoy a summer night! If you’re wanting to host an outdoor movie night, here are some ideas of how to make it perfect.

First, you’ve got to make sure you have the right equipment. A nice projector and screen will make your evening so much easier than trying to wrangle a sheet or work with a cheap projector. Nothing is more frustrating than a movie cutting out halfway through and ending the party early.

Make sure you have a variety of seating options for your guests. Sitting on the ground for a whole movie may get tiring, so be sure you have chairs available. You may also want to lay a rug, tarp, or waterproof blanket down for people sitting on the grass so they won’t get wet or cold.
