Happy 4th of July!!  Today is one of my very favorite holidays.  I mean who doesn't love parades, swimming, bbq's, saltwater taffy, delicious food, family & friends, and fireworks?!  If you don't have the whole day off, I hope you get to spend at least part of our country's birthday doing the things that make you happy with the people you love most.  If you need a last minute festive dessert for a party tonight, here is a roundup of awesome 4th of July recipes that will please any crowd!
