  • WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Assist the credit division Vice President in the management of the various credit departments as assigned
  • Revise and manage the credit application process on the RC Willey web site
  • Supervise and coordinate the denied credit applications with our lease-to-own affiliate
  • Prepare and distribute all credit division weekly and monthly statistical spreadsheets and graphs to senior management
  • Coordinate and implement the pre-approved credit promotion with the credit bureau
  • Prepare and submit the monthly Talx Batch processing files to the credit bureau for the RC Willey paralegal staff
  • Calculate and submit the monthly credit sales commissions by store sales associates
  • Assist the Vice President with assigned special projects
  • All other duties as assigned

  • WHAT YOU WILL BRING ALONG:
  • 10+ years of consumer credit financing experience
  • Experience managing 25 or more employees
  • Consumer credit risk underwriting
  • Consumer collections management
  • Customer service call center administration
  • On-line credit application processing
  • Complete knowledge of federal and state banking regulations
  • Experience with consumer bankruptcy and civil litigation
  • Commercial and business credit underwriting experience
  • Accounting background preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
