JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Receive and respond to a wide variety of phone calls from customers, contractors and store associates.
Work with customers, contractors and support staff to schedule flooring installations and repairs.
Prepare and print all flooring contracts (orders) and include all supporting documents needed for contractors to pick up for their scheduled installations.
Respond to customer complaints regarding any installation issues.
Monitor and update sales orders to ensure high level of customer service.
Perform a wide variety of data entry including document filing and claims processing.
Work with associates and management at various levels to solve problems.
All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent customer service and problem solving skills needed.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast pace office environment.
Must be able to work as a team with coworkers to accomplish daily goals.
Must be able to type at least 45 wpm and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks.
Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work under minimal supervision.
